I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the metro station. Transportation was easy. I found the breakfast variety excellent, with many delicious options. My room included fresh towels and toiletries daily. The cleaning staff kept everything super clean each day!

The hotel's location is super convenient, right by the metro station! This made getting around the city so easy. Breakfast had many delicious choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. Samet greeted us warmly each time we returned to the hotel!

The gym had limited equipment, only two treadmills, but everything else was great!

The reception staff provides excellent support with local knowledge and honest advice. Orhun and Feyyad were helpful. Housekeeping is diligent, and the restaurant staff offers attentive service. The team really makes a difference!

The breakfast was quite good with many options. the staff was attentive and helpful, especially in the restaurant. the location is convenient, close to public transportation. I found bus and metro stations nearby. access to the hamam was complimentary and required a reservation.

The check-in process was slow. I had to wait longer than expected. i found the air conditioning not very effective and had difficulties with it. the pool's operating hours are not ideal. It closes too early at 6 pm.
